After the Jewish People returned to their homeland, new vineyards had been planted.

In recent years Israeli wine is wining medals all over the world. There are around 300 boutique wineries in Israel today. All different from each others by method of making the wine, different grapes and for sure different terroir.

Our designated tour will cover both old and new: Wineries, places of interest, museums and restaurants. I have received a qualification from Sorek Winery, which I will happily use to determine which winery will best suite your demands and pallet.
